Victoria Reyes has worked in Waldorf education for over 20 years and currently serves on the Pedagogical Section Council of North America and the AWSNA Board of Trustees. . She spent 19 years at the Austin Waldorf School before relocating to New York City in 2024, where she now serves an Educational  Support Coordinator at the Rudolf Steiner School in Manhattan.

In addition to her school-based role, Victoria consults with Waldorf schools and mentors educators, with a particular focus on supporting intentional, reflective practices as they evolve in today’s changing world. She brings a systems-thinking lens to her work, informed by a background in anthropology, and is passionate about cultivating spaces where inquiry and self-awareness meet the needs of both tradition and future innovation.

Victoria values the deep wisdom inherent in Waldorf education and sees its potential to serve generations into the future. She believes the shared work of a school  is enriched when we listen with curiosity and open our hearts and minds to inquiry-based action and growth.
